현대인의 자화상
현대를 사는 사람들은 자신의 감정에 충실한 삶을 살고 있는지 궁금하다.
인간은 태어나면서 자신의 욕망에 충실한 삶을 살아갈 권리가 있다.
이는 삶의 주체를 나로부터 시작하는 행복의 요건이기도 하다.
인간은 나이가 들어가고 사회화되는 과정을 통해 자신이 행복과 자신의 감정에
충실히 살아갈 권리를 잃어버린다. 결국 관계의 형성을 위해 내면의 감정에
충실하지 못한 삶을 살아가게 된다. 자신이 아닌 남에게 보이기 위한 거짓의 탈을 쓴다.
작업은 다양한 얼굴 표현을 통해 현대인의 모습을 돌아보고자 한다.
내면에 감춰진 이야기를 꺼내고 관객에게 보여주는 과정을 통해 현대사회의 삶 속에서
본인이 감추고 들키지 않으려고 한 내면을 돌아보고 진정한 자아를 생각해 보는 계기를
마련하고자 한다.

A self-portrait of our contemporaries
Now let me ask another question to the nature that humans possess through the
diverse portraits of human beings who live in modern society.
At some time in our lives of contemporaries wear a mask of hypocrisy like a
self-conscious make-up to show other people or delusive impression by
contrived relationship that are not to do for our own good but to impress others
and raise their status.
My work of art is to look back the nature of moderns by describing the expression
on the various human’s face.
The emotional paths are expressive of feelings moment to moment on the
canvas through tough strokes of the brush built on the feelings and emotions .
The inner side of image is expressed on the screen by the faithful live-action in touch with emotions.

2016: Completed the master's degree in Fine Arts from Chosun University
